At BestVacuum, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new vacuum doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Pack Your Vacuum
Place the vacuum and all original accessories, manuals, and filters back into the original manufacturer packaging to ensure a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box, covering any previous tracking barcodes.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
